Against All O.D.D.S. needs new people to run for board for the next academic year. Elections will be held at the end of the quarter but that doesn’t mean you can’t get involved now.

President: Will chair all meetings and will call special meetings as needed. The president will also be the executive signer as well as being responsible for all actions of the organization. This role also requires meetings with all school officials necessary to host any events.
Responsibilities: Make sure organization complies with all rules and regulations described by UCI, book classrooms and other rooms on campus for special events. Maintain Facebook page and promote through events. 

Vice President: Will chair any ad hoc committees or task forces of the organization. This position will also be in charge of keeping track of member’s information and be able to step in if the President is not available. Vice president will also be a signer and send out weekly emails to each member.
Responsibilities: Make appointments to book Ring Road Spots, record all board meetings and take now, create and send out the newsletter.

Treasurer: Will supervise, maintain records, and report on the financial transactions of the organization. The treasurer will allocate funds towards the families in need. The treasurer will also be a signer.
Responsibilities: Keep detailed accounts of all organization's financial transactions. Find and contact local families to donate to. 

Fundraising Chair: Will develop annual fundraising strategy (e.g. – merchandise sales, special events, sponsorship opportunities, etc.). This role will work closely with the treasurer and program committee chair in organizing events to raise funds.
Responsibilities: Plan all on and off campus fundraisers and find restaurants and business to help donate or host events.

Advertising Chair: Will create awareness for the organization. It is the Advertising Chair’s job to direct, coordinate and evaluate all advertising on behalf of Against All O.D.D.S. This position will work closely with Public Relations and the Program Committee Chair in developing awareness for events and other organization activities.
Responsibilities: Make posters & buttons, update website and take pictures. 

Internal Relations Chair: Will mentor and manage relationships between members of the organization. It will be the Member Relations Chair’s duty to keep members, active members and board members connected with each other. This position will keep all members, active members and board members up to date on organization activities as well.
Responsibilities: Plan social events and name the Member of the Quarter
 

Program Committee Chair: Will direct the planning of the organizations education and social programs. This role requires the initiation of developing, planning, implementing and administering goals and objectives related to the organizations education and social programs.
Responsibilities: Planning on campus awareness events and finding rare disease events in the community and community service involvement opportunities.
